About Me

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through both psychological insight and spiritual restoration — and that we are made whole not just through techniques, but through grace, truth, and compassionate presence.
In our work together, we’ll explore your pain, shame, and protective patterns with gentleness and curiosity. I believe that even our most confusing or destructive parts carry wisdom and were formed for a reason — often as a response to unmet needs, disconnection, and trauma. With care and compassion, these wounded places can be seen, integrated, and transformed.
I draw from a blend of trauma-informed parts work, attachment-based theory, psychodynamic approaches, and somatic integration, while also offering faith-based Christian counseling for those who desire to explore their healing in the presence of God. For clients who are open to a spiritual lens, I incorporate prayer, Scripture, and Christ-centered reflection, always led by the gentle and transformative presence of the Holy Spirit.
I specialize in working with women (ages 12+) navigating:-Complex trauma and inner child work-Disordered eating and eating disorder recovery-Addiction and codependency-Depression-Anxiety and OCD-Perinatal and postpartum mental health struggles-Relationship issuesI also work with couples and family systems, supporting reconnection, communication, and emotional repair.
Whether you are deeply rooted in your Christian faith, gently exploring it, or simply open to a soul-centered approach to healing, you are welcome here. My hope is to create a sacred and safe space for you to be fully seen, supported, and gently transformed.

Why Chrysalis?

The word chrysalis refers to the hidden, sacred space where a caterpillar is transformed into a butterfly—a vulnerable, in-between place where change unfolds slowly and invisibly. It’s a beautiful image of the soul’s healing process: not rushed, not forced, but held gently as something new is formed. At Chrysalis, I believe that healing often happens in the quiet and unseen places—through reflection, relationship, and loving awareness. This work honors the mystery of transformation: where grief becomes growth, pain becomes purpose, and we emerge more whole, rooted, and free. The name reflects not only the journey of personal healing, but also the spiritual renewal available to us through contemplative practice and compassionate care. It’s a space to be still, to be seen, and to be slowly made new.
